Trova la propria disciplina negli artt. 7-11 (in quanto richiamati dall\u2019art. 41) e negli 27-42 della legge 392\/1978 (legge sull\u2019equo canone).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm; font-size: 12pt;
