La locazione di immobili ad uso diverso da quello abitativo riguarda la concessione in godimento al conduttore di beni destinati ad attivit\u00e0 economiche, sia relative al lavoro autonomo che a quello imprenditoriale. Trova la propria disciplina negli artt. 7-11 (in quanto richiamati dall\u2019art. 41) e negli 27-42 della legge 392\/1978 (legge sull\u2019equo canone).<\/span><\/p>

I contratti ad uso commerciale hanno una durata prestabilita dalla legge, nel caso in cui i contraenti ne concordino una diversa, la locazione s\u2019intende comunque stabilita per il termine fissato dalla normativa. \u00c8\u00a0nulla<\/b>\u00a0la clausola che preveda una durata inferiore a quella legale.<\/span><\/p>
